Ida Roj Baybekman
Head of Production, Director, Producer, Writer ---
Ida is an award-winning director and producer. In 2020, he worked on a Netflix feature film, Last Summer, as a Director’s Assistant. Following his experience, Ida went on to write, direct and produce award-winning micro-budget short films, music videos, commercials and documentaries. Ida’s role as a writer-director and producer allows him to work with and manage productions that consist of over 20 people, whilst ensuring that his vision is realized to the fullest extent. Currently, Ida is an assistant producer in a feature documentary about the altered states of human consciousness, and through cinematic expression, he is looking for ways to bridge the gap between his own emotional, social and psychological experiences and those of an audience.
Riley Gatz

Riley Gatz is an award-winning cinematographer and editor. He pursued his passion for film and television production at Boston University, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience. Riley's expertise in post-production led him to work with the reputable production company, Vibrant Penguin. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various brands, including RedBull, NASA, and Xbox, bringing their visions to life with creativity and dedication. Originally hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Riley's genuine love for cinematic artistry drives his work, and he continues to strive for meaningful storytelling through his lens.
Dorian Parquet
VP of Production, Director, Producer, Photographer ---
As a director and photographer, Dorian's expertise spans across various creative fields, including commercials, music videos, and fashion photoshoots. The combination of directing and photography skills enables Dorian to approach filmmaking in an intuitive and artistic manner, capturing visually stunning and emotionally engaging stories on screen. He has worked with companies like Immunotec, Limbo Sound Studios, DP Internacional, and projects with FIT grad students in New York.
Lucas Antonio Lefeld

Lucas Antonio Lefeld is a film producer driven by a love for the outdoors, people, dogs, and a profound dedication to environmental causes. Before coming to Glow Motion Pictures, Lucas was a campaign developer with Speak for the Trees Boston's "Adopt a Tree" program. With a background in economics and international relations from Boston University, Lucas is a charmful people’s person and is often referred to as the “human” producer. He covers the “human” aspect of any production and brings a unique perspective to every project by finding “human” solutions to “human” problems. Embracing sustainability and storytelling, Lucas's contributions are often paramount to delivering impactful narratives that resonate with audiences on a profound level.
Kaining “Jack” Zhang

Kaining “Jack” Zhang is a passionate film producer and manager, unparalleled in his attention to detail. With a background in economics, mathematics and computer science, Jack has previously collaborated with NBC as an independent investigator in broadcast news and journalism, which has nurtured in him an expertise in analytical thinking, technical problem-solving as well as creative storytelling. Jack's distinctive skills empower any production with innovative solutions. A natural leader and storyteller, he fosters a positive work culture in which creativity and innovation conjoin.
